Notes: In order to rise, the balloon must be filled with helium. The balloon uses imported TPU material featuring high transparency and elasticity. You can add a small amount of helium to it first, then fill it with feathers, paper scraps, color films, smaller balloons, etc. Afterwards, continue to inflate it until wrinkles disappear. A better inflation effect can be achieved below 80°F.
